* Come Enjoy a White Tara Blessing, delicious Tibetan and Vietnamese Cuisine, traditional Tibetan song and dance, and a silent auction. *
Khensur Rinpoche will offer a long life blessing of White Tara-the female Buddha of active compassion who grants long-life, wealth, and wisdom. This will be Rinpoche’s last Saturday in town this year, and this blessing is open to all.
Our many Buddhist friends in the DC area have offered to cook a range of traditional Tibetan and Vietnamese dishes for dinner! They’ve also agreed to share some folk performances of Tibetan song and dance.
