Continuing his insightful 2008 Mahamudra teachings, Gyumed Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jampa teaches for four days, basing his commentary on the First Panchen Lama ‘s text on the tradition of Geluk-KagyuMahamudra. This is an oral tradition from Lama Tsongkhapa based upon the teachings he received from his many gurus as well as from his direct visions of the Buddha Manjushri.
These teachings are designed to be accessible to newer students and to experienced meditators as well. These are essential instructions on how to actually meditate on the ultimate nature of your self and your own mind in the Buddhist tradition.
Group meditation sessions led by Senior students will be offered each afternoon.
