One Hundred Spiritual Instructions to the Dingri People

For your best friend, search for self-arising wisdom; it has neither birth nor death, Dingri people.

Appearance and emptiness are indivisible, like an empty sky; in the mind there is no middle and no end, Dingri people.

Wisdom and emptiness are indivisible, like a reflection in a mirror; in it there is no arising or ceasing, Dingri people.

Ungrasping bliss and emptiness is like sunlight reflecting on ice; there is nothing to hold on to, Dingri people.
