I’m a huge Guy Newland fan, so I’ve been watching recordings of his teachings at Sravasti Abbey. He’s a master teacher, not only does he have a deep understanding of the Dharma, he’s able to communicate difficult concepts clearly and with humor. In particular, he’s known for his explanations of emptiness. He’s careful to bring the Dharma home by pointing out how it applies to our daily lives, and he does this in a personal and sincere way.
The talks given in June cover a range of topics Madyamika, Taking Refuge in Reality, Wisdom and the Don’t Know Mind, and a talk about Aryadeva’s 400 stanzas.
Watch and learn! 😀
