Learn Tibetan: four mistaken views

Here are the four mistaken views that we strive to overcome through study and practice.

ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་བཞི (phyin ci log bzhi)

1) མི་གཙང་བ་ལ་གཙང་བར་འཛིན་པ། (mi gtsang ba la gtsang bar ‘dzin pamistaking what is impure as pure

2) བདག་མེད་ལ་བདག་ཏུ་འཛིན་པ། (bdag med pa la bdag tu ‘dzin pa) mistaking what is not self as self

3) སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལ་བདེ་བར་འཛིན་པ། (sdug bsngal la bde bar ‘dzin pa) mistaking suffering for happiness

4) མི་རྟག་པ་ལ་རྟག་པ་འཛིན་པ། (mi rtag pa la rtag par ‘dzin pa) mistaking what is impermanent for permanent
